Since March 2011, NPC has been posting on its website (www.pharma.us.novartis.com) a listing of all US-based physicians who have received payments, fees or honoraria, either directly or indirectly, in connection with promotional speaker programs and/or promotional speaker training. Please click here to view report which covers the following timeframe (October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011).
Since October, 2011, NPC has been tracking all payments or transfers of value to physicians and related entities*, including fees for services, meals, travel and other expense reimbursements, gifts, licenses and royalties, associated with the following interactions:
- Product Detailing
- Speaker programs
- Speaker training events
- "Lunch and Learns"
- Preceptorship
- Conventions
- Advisory boards (marketing and scientific)
- Business meals
- Consulting arrangements (commercial and medical)
- Market research activities
Beginning on March 1, 2012, NPC will include information about these payments and transfers of value to the information already posted on NPC’ website for promotional speaker programs and promotional speaker training. This posting is updated quarterly. Please click here to view this report.
